HONG KONG – January 16, 2026 – HashKey Cloud, a leading global Web3 infrastructure provider, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with blockchain enterprise BEATOZ. Under the agreement, HashKey Cloud will officially join the BEATOZ mainnet as a network validator supporting the network's core security and consensus mechanism.

BEATOZ is an EVM-compatible mainnet dedicated to the tokenization of financial assets. Utilizing a unique hybrid chain architecture, BEATOZ combines the controllability of private chains with the transparency of public chains. This design offers professional-grade solutions for Real World Assets (RWA), stablecoins, and tokenized securities.

This partnership is founded on a shared vision regarding the future of the industry - Compliant, secure, and high-performance infrastructure is the key to driving the mass adoption of Web3. By building institutional-grade node validation services, the two companies will deepen their collaboration in infrastructure construction, security standard alignment, and global ecosystem development. The aim is to build next-generation blockchain infrastructure that meets strict regulatory requirements.

According to the MOU, the collaboration will focus on two key strategic pillars:

  • Technical & Network Architecture: Leveraging its robust node network, institutional-grade operational capabilities and extensive risk management experience, HashKey Cloud will provide premium validation services to enhance the security and reliability of the BEATOZ network.
  • Ecosystem & Market Expansion: As a core business of HashKey Holdings Limited (3887.HK), HashKey Cloud will make use of group ecosystem resources—including HashKey CaaS—to provide critical infrastructure and compliant use-case support to accelerate BEATOZ’s adoption among global institutions.
